Chuck Corwin is a registered nurse currently licensed in the State of Michigan. He serves as the Nurse Consultant for the Roscommon County Commission on Aging In-Home Services, Liquid Nutrition and the Serenity Day Lodge programs.
Chuck became active with the RCCOA in 2009 when he was appointed a representative from Roscommon County to the Region 9 Area Agency on Aging Advisory Council. Since that time Chuck has donated countless hours of service to the RCCOA.
He facilitates Evidence-Based Health Classes and classes for caregivers in Roscommon County and surrounding counties.
Chuck continues to serve on the Region 9 AAA Advisory Council, the Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency (NEMCSA) Board and the State of Michigan Advisory Council for Aging and Adult Services. He has served as a Long-Term Care Volunteer Ombudsman for Region 9 for several years, functioned as a Safe Talk trainer for suicide intervention and helped establish the Crawford/Roscommon Suicide Prevention Coalition. He also served as the on-site clinical consultant for a children’s bereavement camp.
